About

Logo2Favicon turns one logo into a complete favicon and app icon set - entirely in your browser, with nothing ever uploaded to a server.

Last updated: 30 May 2026

The mission: one logo in, every icon out

Shipping a polished favicon and app icon set should take a minute, not an afternoon. In practice it usually means juggling a dozen export sizes, hunting for the right <link> tags, and second- guessing whether your icon will look sharp on a browser tab, a phone home screen, and a desktop bookmark all at once.

Logo2Favicon exists to make that effortless. The promise is simple: one logo in, every icon out. You drop in a single high-resolution logo, and you get back a complete, production-ready set of icons - correctly sized, correctly named, and ready to drop into any project. No design tools, no command-line scripts, no guesswork. Start in seconds from the generator on the home page.

Why privacy-first matters

Your logo is your brand, and it is often not yet public. Most online favicon tools quietly upload that artwork to a server you have never heard of, process it there, and ask you to trust their retention policy. Logo2Favicon takes the opposite approach: there is no upload, because there is no server doing the work.

Everything happens 100% in your browser. Your logo is read, resized, and rendered locally with built-in browser graphics, and the finished files are packaged for download on your own machine. We never receive your image, we run no tracking or analytics on your artwork, and nothing leaves your device.

  • No uploads. Your logo stays on your computer from start to finish.
  • No servers. The conversion runs in client-side JavaScript, not in a cloud backend.
  • No tracking. We do not profile you or sell data to process your icons.

You can read exactly how this works, and what little we do and do not collect, in our Privacy Policy.

What you get

A favicon is no longer a single 16×16 image. Modern browsers, operating systems, and progressive web apps each expect their own formats and sizes. Logo2Favicon generates the whole set so you do not have to remember any of it:

  • Classic favicons - including a multi-resolution favicon.ico and modern PNG favicons for crisp browser tabs.
  • Apple touch icons - the larger artwork iOS uses when someone saves your site to their home screen.
  • Android and PWA icons - the icon sizes Chrome and installable web apps reference from your manifest.
  • Maskable icons - safe-zone artwork so adaptive Android launchers can crop your icon without clipping the logo.
  • A web app manifest - a ready-to-use manifest.webmanifest wired to the generated icons.
  • Copy-paste HTML snippets - the exact <link> and <meta> tags to paste into your page <head>.
