Terms of Service

1. The service

Logo2Favicon is a free tool that generates favicons, app icons, a web manifest, and HTML snippets from an image you provide. All processing happens locally in your browser; we do not receive your images.

2. Your content and ownership

You retain all rights to the images you upload and to the icon files you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logo or artwork you process. The generated output is yours to use for any personal or commercial project.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to process content that is unlawful or that infringes the intellectual property or rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the service in a way that harms it or other users.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated assets will meet every platform requirement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nico Jaroszewski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Because we never receive your files, you remain solely responsible for backing up your own artwork.

6. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify or discontinue the service, and may update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
